Mockery | "Matrix: Reloaded (the musical score 2nd disk)", "Pi", "Requiem for a Dream", "Lost Highway", "The Transformers", and the Quake III soundtracks all come to mind... though I'm sure there's a lot more. | |

I'm into the Dust Brothers so I'd have to go with Fight Club on this one, along with Eqilibrium. |

Lost Highway And despite my devout disinterest in techno, I've gotta say that the Matrix Reloaded soundtrack is pretty sweet. |

Favorite Soundtrack? I'm going to say mine is Akira's. It's got that organized noise kind of feeling to it, and it's really quite interesting to listen to. My favorite track so far (Tetsuo) is probably best representative of the movie. One minute it's nothing but ambient chimes, then the music switches to a bass drum slowly pounding with a xylophone, then it breaks into this vocal chorus that stops as suddenly as it appears to make way for the creepy organ music during the destruction of tokyo, and then woodblocks will kick in, followed by the chorus again and some crazy sounding instruments i couln't name if i wanted to. It's friggin' awesome, and shouldn't be missed. |
