Yeah, B&N have it online, but not in their stores to my knowledge. No pictures.  Except for a really really terrible one of myself on the back.

I think the factory cost of the book is about $13. Moreover, the company selling "used" copies has two different prices for copies that have the exact same description and are both, in fact, brand new. Jackasses. |
