Royal Tenenbaum Yeah, I bought Vintage Violence a couple days ago. Both are excellent, but have nothing on VU.

Vintage Violence and Paris 1919 are definitely his two best. I prefer them to most Velvet Underground, in fact.

Royal Tenenbaum I just got Paris 1919 and it's awesome. You should definitely check it out if you like his more melodic work.

Royal Tenenbaum Not his solo stuff, which I don't know, but I am a huge fan of his work with VU, particularly WL/WH.

Anyone a fan? I downloaded vintage violence and I am digging it quite a bit. I may discover he rivals Reed for post-Velvet solo stuff. Perhpas, but that'd be tough.
