Owch. I did not intend to come accross that way. I actually had a girlfriend for over a year. She got married recently, obviously not to me haha.

sloth I think what Slinky's trying to say is that it isn't marriage, but that it is being paraded as if it is. That legal rights for gay couples cheapen marriage because they are the same in everything but name. Perhaps i'm reading too much into it, but it sounds like you're saying giving gay people this ersatz marriage will devalue it not because you're sharing the privilege with gay people, but because you're giving them a shallow imitation where just extending the ceremony to them would have sufficed. Because, strictly speaking, It isn't actually a marriage, but a 'civil partnership'. At least that's how I understand it, because otherwise Slinky is just a PREJUDICED HETEROBIGOT.

glowbelly slinky. it's marriage. period. how does it change your view on it just because the people who are married are of the same sex?

seriously. i don't get it.

plus, you could ask all those same questions about straight couples who are excited about just being married.

forgive me if you were being sarcastic or whatever, but i just can't understand why this issue bothers people so much and just how it cheapens anything or changes marriage into a joke.

Slinky Ferret I often wonder what tips the balance for some people, you know the ones that regard themselves as bi and have relationships or whatever with both sexes and then something happens or they meet someone that just tips the balance and they go either way.

I also wonder how many men out there think they are gay yet eventually find no real satisfaction sleeping with men, how many of them think they are gay because they have never found a woman attractive, until one day they meet one that they have feelings for etc.

I think everyone needs some moment of clarity where they know what gender they prefer. It must be sad for those who never meet someone who makes them happy.

They've just passed a law over here granting gay couples the same legal rights as married couples. There are these people flashing rings and saying "we're married" etc. I don't really know what to think. Has it turned marriage into a piece of paper, a joke? Or has it opened up some bizare system, where people will be leaving their possessions to animals. Promises can be so easily broken nowadays. If these partnership ceremonies are meant to be similar to marriage in regards to legal rights, then will they be taken seriously? Or are they just another piece of paper, another statistic to be created?

Well, you did neglect to mention that it was to prove my penis size.

I don't go around asking people to fuck me, and frankly, all the queers I've met around here are really iffeminate. I don't see how lack of experience matters.

I depends if they define themselves a preferrring only men or liking the best of both worlds.

Sethomas That's what I say to people after they perform felatio on me.

Actually, I don't. But hell, maybe I should start.

CaptainBubba I have made out with 6 guys before and I didn't like it any of the times really.

I've only made out with 7 girls by comparison.

But no guy has ever touched me naked and I would not allow such to occur as it makesd me grossed out.
Dec 8th, 2005 04:27 PM
Sethomas I once made out with another guy. Surprise surprise, he read too much into it.

I was drunk and in that crowd it would have only been awkward had I refused.
Dec 8th, 2005 12:48 PM
sadie bisexual means you're attracted to both genders. but most of the guys i know feel that there is no bi concerning other men; if they even think about it, they're all-the-way gay. i think whatever someone wants to label him- or herself is what should stand.
Dec 8th, 2005 12:25 PM
Slinky Ferret Seeing as you are both being immature...

"Kahljorn and Lotida, sitting in a tree...."

Yup it must be love.

Seriously Lotida, I can't believe you reply and don't actually bother reading Kahl's post, everyone is entitled to an opinion. Also because you fuckers were arguing no-one has discussed my little curiousity on this matter which pisses me off. So once and for all.

Is a man who gives other men head but not sex GAY or BI or neither?

Back in the midsts of time (okay 10 years ago) when I was at school, the worst insult to a lad was to call him gay. Nowadays its like the coolest thing ever and everyone seems to want to declare themselves bisexual and yet don't have full sex with blokes.

All these little 14 year olds (normally "goth" girls) going around declaring themselves bisexual after snogging their best mate after a 2L bottle of white lightning... alot of the time its just a phase, a part of growing up.

The question is, if you were offered the opportunity O&O would you do it??[/b]

kahljorn "I really have no idea what you two are trying to prove unless it's uping your post count."

I don't know could it be that it's a message forum where people occasionally post messages of public opinion?
