Abcdxxxx This is just how Cablevision do business.

Fox are just milking this but unfortuntately, Bill O'Reily will still be on your television come Tuesday.

I'd think FSN's contract is tied to Fox News - plus they broadcast out of the same building. FX came first, and their deal is structured a little differently from what I know.

KevinTheOmnivore Just FNC, me thinks.

Apparently Fox can't even pin down James Dolan to negotiate. Any Knicks fan could've warned them on that one.....

El Blanco is that just FOX news or all of the FOX networks like fx and FSN?

KevinTheOmnivore That's in fact the most valuable thing you've ever said here. Thank you.

Happy Birthday Fox News!

So Fox News turns ten years old this week. May we all reflect on ten years of this fine network.

On a side note-- Fox's contract with Cablevision, the uber-powerful cable provider for NY, NJ, and CONN, expires on 10/9. Apparently the two parties are very far apart on a new deal (Fox wants more $/household than CNN, Cablevision says no), and it looks like FNC will go off the air in the northeast on Monday.

Apparently they're still debating, but Fox (insider! insider!) is going to push customers towards Direct TV. If you live in NYC, they apparently plan on setting up Fox screens all over Manhattan on Monday.
