Yeah, I've got those. They're a bitch this time of year because of all the snow and the bright light. I remember we had a thread about this where somebody found a forum with a bunch of members and all they did was talk about floaters. I was told a long time ago that those are cells from your retina or optic nerve that naturally "flake off" like skin cells, and then they float around. That's why you see more of them with you wiggle your eye because you're shaking more cells loose. Now this info was from the 80's so who knows if its valid or not. |

I thought it was cells and shit at first too when I was young, and my medical mommy explained that any thickness of the liquid over your eye is detectable. And it is usually meucas. If it was a cell it would take up 1/1000000th of your vision space, still being invisible, as there are hundreds of thousands of cells floating over your eye that you can't see at all times. |

I just noticed that in the Doom Movei after Grimm gets knocked out for a littel bit by the pinky demon as hes refocousing on the light you can see the little cells and such. The best way for me to see them is to look at a bright background, generally clean shite surfaces. Its earie because there supposed to be microscopic yet we can see them with only our eyes. |
