liquidstatik It says that it's installed and it shows up like it should in the device manager.

whoreable does it show up as being installed in device manager? or is it a question mark?

liquidstatik Tried it It told us to go through all that in the booklet. It didnt help though I have basically tried everything the site has said to... I was thinking it might be some obvious thing one of you might know. :/

liquidstatik It says new hardware found and all but when I start teh program to take a picture is when it says the cam can not be found.

KILLADEUCE When you plug in the camera does windows Pop up a message that says "New hardware found" Or anything like that?

I have a buddy who said he has the same model/make cam, i'll see if he cant let me borrow it so i can play around with it.

liquidstatik I already downloaded the latest drivers and it didnt do anything and I plugged in a MIC and a joystick and they worked fine, so teh USB ports are working I checked the knowledge base and it didnt help much.

Do you have any other devices that use USB so you can confirm the USB ports you have are working? Also are there any seria/parralell connectors (they look like an oversived video card connector) you may wanna try going that route too.

Webcam Problem

I just bought a 'Veo' webcam and when I try and run the program it says the webcam isn't plugged in. So I checked, and it is plugged in, then I went to their site and did what they said to and it still doesnt work Anybody have some ideas?
