AChimp OH HO! THAT TUTORIAL SAYS YOU SHOULD USE THE LASSO TOOL TO SELECT AREAS TO COLOUR.

Anonymous Ninja, when you color in ps, do it on another layer an set that layer to 'multiply' :/
