mburbank Say, that 'parent's basement' joke was a laugh riot! You should have a web site of your own for pointed social commentary like that. You could have daily rants, a message board and evn get other great writers who reognize your talent to post there. If that didn't draw traffic, you could even post some porn.

The fact that there are groups of people, large and small, that are voluntarily opting out of the established buyer-seller dynamic for one day will, hopefully, prompt people to look into the reasons of why there is a Buy Nothing Day and debate said reasons amongst themselves.

Actually, Ghandi was quite active.

But I digress. These people are very active with acts of vandalism and a few cases of reckless endangerment (am I the only one who sees the problem with dropping $10k off a building?).
