Digital video editing

Hello.

I have a computer, an analogue Hi8 camcorder, a DVD drive, CD burner and a VHS video recorder. I also have Adobe Premiere.

Now, if I wish to capture video from my anologue camera, I need some form of capture card. So, with a budget of, say, $150, what capture card should I get?

I don't intend to get a digital video recorder in the near future so I don't have any preferences for fire wire or similar. I just want video/audio in, and video/audio out - preferably on phono connectors.

Any suggestions?
