A wolf spider crawling across my face as I sleep at night is considerably scarier than knowing that I get a bit immature whenever October rolls around

When answering the door, you could unzip your pants while keeping your belt buckled. Begin to chase people around and piss at them. If they run, make it clear with your body language that you want nothing more than to piss on them.
For added effect, you could carry a lighter and a can of hairspray and throw random fireballs when your WAY to close to people.
This will be sure to scare any small child or large adult.

I've been meaning to try out that idea you posted last year where you covered some cheap plastic skulls with pillow stuffing and tar to make them look rotten. I'm definitely going to try my hand at some of that decrotive signage this year (more like NECROTIVE SIGNAGE right guys?)

TIP# 3
DECROTIVE SIGNAGE
YOU'LL NEED:
SOME FOAM INSULATION BOARD
SOME SPRAY INSULATION FOAM
WHITE SPRAY PAINT
RED SPRAY PAINT
CLEAR FINISH(OPTIONAL)
Okay, first cut the foam insulation board however you like, then KEEP
the paper on it. Take your white spray paint and cover one side of the foam in the white paint.
Then, take the Spray Insulation Foam and open it, you can use the straw if you want to. Put some newspaper under the board so that you don't make a mess.
Then spray an even border around the sign, now wait for it to dry. Now, take your red spray paint and paint every crevice and surface of the foam. Then draw whatever you want the sign to say on it, if you want to achieve the drip effect, hold the can close the the foam board.
Now, if you got the clear finish, spray it over the border where you put the spray insulation foam. It will give it that wet gore look.
Here's my sign! Post yours!
SAFETY FIRST DUDES KEEP IN A OPEN AREA WHILE SPRAYING OR YOU'LL GET HHHHHIIIIIIGH

TIP#3
THE SCARY HOMELESS RAPIST THAT LIVES IN YOUR TRASHCAN.(COMMONLY KNOWN AS TRASHCAN TRAUMA)
YOU'LL NEED
ONE PLASTIC TRASHCAN LIKE THIS:
( I WILL ASSUME YOUR TRASHCAN IS GOING TO BE ATLEAST 4 FEET)
1 2 FT LONG 1/2" PVC PIPE,
1 3 FT LONG 1" PVC PIPE,
2 1" PVC CAPS
1 3/4" PVC CAP
A 1/2" to 3/4" PVC ADAPTER
SOME RUBBER HOSE
A 1" PVC BARB FITTING
A AIR COMPRESSOR
A FOAM HEAD AND MASK.
SOME PVC GLUE
First of all, make shure your pipes fit like this here:
Drill a hole into the bottom of a 1" cap, to fit the barb fitting.
Good, now cap the bottom of the 3/8 pipe with the 1" cap, like so:
Now, take your 1/2 pipe and cut it if it plus the 1" pipe is taller than your trashcan, when done,
put the adapter at one end of the pipe, and put the 3/4 cap onto the adapter. Then slide it down
the 1" pipe.
If it slides down and you can barley see any spaces between the 1" pipe and the cap inside, then
continue.
Now, take your your other 1" cap and drill a hole into it so that the 1/2" pipe can slider down it nice and easy.
Then, put the 1/2" pipe with the adapter and 3/5 cap on and slide it down the 1" pipe, then take the 1" cap with the hole drilled in it and add it to the top.
Good, now take the barb attachment and glue it into the hole of the bottom cap, then put on the rubber hose onto the cap. Attach it to your compressor and test it out.
Okay, now take your new pnuematic pipe and attach mount it to the bottom of the trashcan, Then drill a hole in the side and run the tube through.
Then fit the foam head over the 1/2 pipes top, put the mask on it.
Test it out a bit, then, if you want add a lid to the head of the mask.
Test it out a bit, the head should pop out of the trashcan,
CONGRATULATIONS YOU MADE THIS.

Pics, please.
I think he means that you should lay the foam head (face-first) into the mask so that the mask doesn't snap in the vice when you put latex on it.
I want to see the point of this one.
