KevinTheOmnivore I read the mystery of Capital a couple of years ago. I really enjoyed it, actually.

The thing that struck me most about de Soto was his admiration for Marx. He clearly disagreed with Communism, and felt that history alone showed reason why. However, he states that nobody better understood the nature of markets than Karl Marx.

Yeah, I like de Soto.

Wow. The fact that he's still an activist after the assassination attempt by the Marxist terrorists says a lot about his character.
