MLE with the small wire, it's harder to do that. if i slammed my hand down with this ring on, it has the possibility of bending, though i wouldn't say it's likely.

coiling it for links hardens it more than you'd think. especially with the larger stuff. you couldn't open one of those with your hands if you tried.

same with the tiny rings in the miniature chainmail. the silver ones.

i have a feeling it has something to do with a ratio the diameter of the bar you're coiling around and the gauge of the wire.

it's fairly hard to cut the tiny rings too.. it was really weird the first time i made them.

Immortal Goat The little wire looks like it would get out of shape easily, though. How do you keep it from doing that?

MLE the first is basically miniature chainmaille with 24 gauge wire.

the second item is technically called a slave bracelet.

the last item is a half-gauntlet.

this is what the miniature oriental pattern turned into:

i'm working on general prices for these items as i go on. So far i have:
Miniature oriental chainmaille ring: $20 plus shipping (takes 2 hours)
Slave bracelet: $30 plus shipping (takes 3 hours)
Half-gauntlet: $50 plus shipping (takes 5+ hours)

Immortal Goat I like the little chainmaille, too. And that thingie in the second picture. And that...ah hell, I like it all. I'm still strapped for cash, though. I am sorry. I will try to fix this problem shortly.

MLE thank you.

i'm considering making another site to sell prints of my stuff, original pieces, and chainmaille, but i'm not sure how exactly to start it, or get the news out that i'm selling.

MLE thank you :>

i'd update the website i have on chainmaille for the japanese pattern, if i either had time or money.

i made Chojin a ring, too, but he hasn't gotten his butt over here for me to scan his hand.
