Mockery Many thanks to those of you who offered to volunteer as the music reviews approver. The position has been filled by Whoreable. He's doing a spiffy job so far, already getting the music reviews site completely caught up-to-date. Thankee!

whoreable you got plenty of other volunteers but I too will offer my services if needed.

because i am a nice guy!

and then you dont have to deal with capn crunch!

Cap'n Crunch I have alot of free time on my hands, and I always wanted to do something for the site. My grammar is good enough to fix mistakes, (and I can run it through spell check) and I have Photoshop. I won't screw around, and I can have a certain amount reviews in at the time you need them. I really want this spot.

Perndog Um...it's in the classic game spotlight on the front page of I-Mockery, last time I checked...yup, still there.

I also did a couple of other reviews (DKC2, Big Sky) and am planning on more. Not that it has anything to do with this thread. :P

All I want in return is one of them nifty description lines under my name in the forum. Or if that isn't possible, I'll do it for free.
I couldn't find any Family Dog review of yours. Where is it?

Perndog Thanks for your support, Kat. I knew I could count on you.

Ninjavenom Try finding pictures of wrestling videos featuring ICP that no one sells when Angry Hydralisk reviews them.
Jul 25th, 2003 09:29 PM
Helm No no, you need photoshop because it has that "Find obscure grind band album picture that Test tube decided to review next".

Ninjavenom Photoshop is used to shrink the 6554 x 5692 images you give us down into less psychotic sizes.

Black Flag I'd much rather spend my time making dumb comments about others lack of observation skills.

Not sure if you have at all lately, but you can still approve reviews ya know.

Abe Slank Sure the Photoshop issue has been made "clear" to most, but I don't see how Photoshop has anything to do with a Musical Review. Maybe it would help if I checked out the reviews more often. Isn't it usually some pizza-faced loser (Noob3, I didn't mean to look at you) talking about Nirvana or something?
I'll go to my room and leave you alone now.

Edited spelling to keep Sadie off my back.

The Retro Kat If you need just an editor, I'd be glad to, I'm strong in English, but if you need photoshop, I still love you.

Rongi I have photoshop, a lot of free time, and my grammer isn't too shabby

The Retro Kat God dammit, Photoshop screws me over every time.

I-MOCKERY IN NEED OF ANOTHER MUSIC REVIEWS APPROVER!

Welp, Helm tried but he just doesn't seem to have the time to approve the music reviews on a regular enough basis. I thank him for trying it out but we need someone who's gonna have the time to help out and approve the reviews at least once a week. So would any of you like to give the Music Reviews Approver position a shot?

This position is non-paying, though you are entitled to discounts on I-Mockery merchandise if you prove to help out on a regular basis... and of course you'd be listed on the staff page.

Requirements:

-Decent knowledge of Photoshop and saving images for the web. (and yes, you need to have a copy of Photoshop)

-At least 1 hour of free time every week to approve some reviews

-Decent grammatical/spelling skills, because you will be doing some grammar and spell checks in the submitted reviews.

If any of you are interested in the position, please post your reply to this thread and I'll get back to you if I think you'd be a good match.

Thanks in advance to any of you who do volunteer to help out!
