Raize | I answered your question if you read between the lines. Go to your camera manufacturer's website.

Raize | The memory stick just holds the file. The camcorder manufacturer provides the software to read the file. Then again, maybe your computer runs on magic and you just expect the files to magically appear on your desktop.

Memory Stick reader software Ok, so my camcorder also has a nifty little option so it works as a regular snapshot camera too and saves the pictures onto a memory stick. I have a Sony USB memory stick reader/writer (model MSAC-US1) and I downloaded the newest drivers for it from Sony. It recognizes the drive no problemo. The only thing is, that's just the drivers so the computer recognizes the drive. I can't seem to find any software on the web that will actually let me import the pictures from the memory stick. When I go to the drive, it shows the "MEMSTICK.IND" file in there, but I don't know of any program that reads it. The only other software sony had on their site for it was a little program that quickly formats the memory stick for you. Any idea where I could find something that could allow me to import the pics off this memory stick reader/writer drive? |
