Super Tuesday I hail from a Super Tuesday state, and this morning on the way to work I cast my vote for Dennis K. Yes, I know he won't win, thanks. I malso called Kerry's office to let him know he didn't get my vote because of his voting to allow W. to make the choice to to invade Iraq without congressional restraint, and becuase of his recent, political, appauling statement that he supports a Mass. constitutional ammendment to ban same sex mrriage. I have no problem at all with his personal stance that this is a states rights issue and he favors civil union over marriage. But supporting a constitutional ban is way too far for me. I cannot support forbidding future potential rights in the constitution. I strongly believe that's not what it's for. |
