FS | Jasc Animation Shop (as in Jasc Paint Shop Pro) does the job fairly well. When you open an AVI file it lets you pick from which frame to which frame you want to open the file, and whether you want to take every frame, or one every three frames, etc. |

pjalne | I think you can do it in the animation program included in Paint Shop Pro as well. And in Adobe Premiere if you've got it. |

Converting .AVI to .GIF Does anyone know of a progam that i can use to convert a bit of a .avi to a .gif? I need to be able to select a specific bit of the .avi and convert only that. Or if anyone knows another way of doing it such as using fraps to capture a short bit of the .avi? then use a seperate program to convert that. Thanks. |
