No, the screen is not the problem. Clean reinstall windows (format, then install), and if that doesn't work then one of your hardware components is bad. |

Safe mode can be your friend. its a nice place to hide when you begin to panic. like a local bar you go to when your in denial, but the only thing is theres no alcohol

Try pressing ctrl-alt-delete and then Esc once it gets to the blank screen. If that doesn't work, see if it will boot up in safe mode. Let me know how it goes. |

answer my question please jixby is trying to help me out peoples this is whats happenineg with my computer what happens is i turn it on it acts like its working boots up and junk says welcom to windows xp like always then when you think its finished and ready for you to use it its just a blank screen but i think a virous coused this all |
