Cosmo Electrolux | Awesome! I don;t think I know anyone in the printing business, but I'll ask around to be sure. Customized pickle hats would rule!

No news on it cuz nobody's helped me find a place that can print & cut 'em. If anybody can help me find a place, that'd kick ass. I'm also working on getting ready for a huge change to I-Mockery (migrating the entire site from .asp to .php and onto a new server so we'll never get "farked" again). |

No! Don't produce any more! Gedney not making them anymore means my Pickle hat is now going to increase in value!! In decades to come it'll be putting my kids through college!! |

Hickman beat me to it. Just let the people who want a pickle hat cut it out themselves, because a printing company will take that money right through your peehole to cut a curved shape on full-colour cardstock. You could also make fun of Gedney on your website now, or start a petition for pickle hats. |

Maverick Zero Unit | Maybe we could get as many I-mockers as possable to picket outside of thier main office and demand that they make more pickle hats!

Perndog | I thought they were made of foam...now that would be cool. If you found a place that would make foam hats I'd help pay for it.

Evil Robot | Why don't you just cut the whole stack at once with a fine toothed coping saw? It should ony take a minute or so.
Jan 29th, 2004 03:56 PM | ||
HickMan | If you were going to give them out in club packs, or something. You don't really need to cut them out :/. Just send the paper and some *wacky* instructions. :/

There's a company down where I live that can print out poserboards and such. I'm sure they'd be able to help you. :/ Or, if you could tell me what material the hats use, I could do it. We have a huge printer at our school in which I could print it all out. But I need to know what material it is. :o |

Try printing them out on regular paper, cutting it out, and gluing it to cardboard. no pickle hats = teh suck |
