What just happeend to me?

Okay;

I'm at work, and starting at around 1:30, I got really tired, like cold meicine tired, like I could barely force myself to stay awake tired.

then at around 2:00 pm I got ferocioulsy thirsty. Over the course of the next hour I drank aprox. 7 20 ounce bottles of water and went to the bathroom at least ten times.

I seem to be basically okay now, but christ, what the hell was that all about?

It wasn't heat prostation, I work in an air conditioned office and have not been out all day.
