This is from the site www.qwantz.com. Although not necessarily Photoshopped (more like re-painted), I like to occasionally erase the text and make my own comics. This works because the comic has been pushing 500 and still has the same panels. Just for the people who never heard of Dinosaur Comics, here's an example:

And here's a lame one I made done in the same style:
