It's not in a bottle, or a pipe. It's a plant, and much like peyote it has been used in south america for thousands of years.

I just took more ayahusca last night. It was a delight for a while, then faded off into a half hell, half forgetting where i am(heaven). I'd still do it again and again thoug, I just have to remember not to do it two times in a row... and to make sure i do it right the first time.
