One of the parts of my section that I inherited is called the Gripe Line. It's an answering machine (and an email account) that people call (or email) and leave a gripe. I have to put the best ones in the paper every week. I think it sucks, but it's the most popular thing in the paper every week. My column this week is complaining about the fucking idiots who call it.
