I've been out of comics for a couple of months. I just heard that Ben Grimm was killed off. If anyone could give me a summary of what lead up to his death, I'd greatly appreciate it.
I hadn't heard anything about that, but John, you should check out Ultimate Fantastic Four (co-written by Brian Michael Bendis and Mark Millar, pencilled by Adam Kubert). They're only on issue 2 right now. I've never been a big fan of the Four, but this shows some promise.

I wouldn't worry, they killed off Reed Richards right before the first series ended and it turns out they brought him back by having him and Doom fall prey to Hyperstorm....of course, this took about two to three years, but it was cool while it lasted. Guilty pleasure of mine.
