If I was to sell my notes, and old exams, which would be highly prized, for a certain course, what would be the cheapest and best way to go about it?

I was considering making everything into a .pdf file and selling it on a burnt cd, but eventually someone else will copy the cd and start selling it as well. Any other suggestions?
