So Coke has this new drink half half the calories of normal Coke. It also features Aspartame - the artifical sweetener used in Equal and most diet drinks on the market, and proven to have harmful side effects - and Sucralose - the artifical sweetener used in Splenda and drinks like Diet Rite and some variants of Pepsi, which is basically sugar with chloride attached so your body doesn't digest it.
It tastes pretty good, but both side tastes of Aspartame and Sucralose are present - the bitter aftertaste of the former is semi-present, and the smooth strangeness of Sucralose, combined with the tangy bite of sugary syrup collecting at the back of your tongue.
That is to say, it's ok, but not to different from other Coke products, both in taste and its statistics. They should focus on making a diet drink with about a fourth or a tenth of the calories, as opposed to only halving it.
