no, my problem was trying to get two computers from the same IP to connect to steam games simultaneously, and that problem just fixed itself after I left it alone for a day. Coincendentally, steam's support team was worthless.
But since this is a forum and you were asking us for help, you should GIVE BACK to the community by letting others know how you fixed your problem. It's more or less why forums were invented in the first place.
