Tell him you are in Nigeria, then hit Google Maps and find a suitable meeting place. Give a vague description of someone random, and tell him to be easily identifiable, i.e. wearing a hilarious sign. Tell him to get random passerby to pose in pictures with him, and send them to you via email, and if he comes through you'll meet him. Tell him to wait, and tell him it could be awhile, hours maybe, but you will definitely be there tonight.

That should cover a few bases... embarassing photos, embarassing situation, and a complete waste of his time.

OR.... just tell him you're a master hacker, you've traced his location and information, and you've kidnapped his sister, and if he wants her back, to pay a princely ransom.
