....is so last week....the hip thing to do now is go home on your own and do something extraordinarily mundane.

Its amazing how something that is quite a cool idea immediately gets picked up all over the world and goes from exciting to cliched in a matter of days. We just had one of the UK ringleaders on our radio show, and he really thought he was part of some cutting edge social revolution, the poor sap.
I guess these days nothing decent can possibly stay underground for long. One days its an exclusive mailing list, the next you have the shitty tabloid and broadsheets talking 'exclusively' about this 'amazing new craze'.
Pfff.
