On a related note, my freind used to work at a party store which carried garbage bags, model rockets, and those 5 gallon helium tanks. Needless to say we got in just a little trouble with the cops when they responded to a call off garbage bags floating around and rockets shooting up at them from my freinds yard. We gave no regard to where the rockets were landing, and I guess thats why the cops came.
