i dreamed last night that the baby was squirming and turning so fast and strong in my belly that i could actually see the outline of his little arms and legs and facial features through the skin. and then--poof!--he was lying in the floor. i picked him up and cradled him and screamed, to whom i can't recall, BRING ME A TOWEL.
