Also, in regard to your "side salad" comment, you should see Supersize Me. It turns out that most of the side orders, the yogurts, the salads, have just as much fat and sugar as the stuff we know is bad.
Dunno about the yogurts, but I know that the salads aren't that bad for you from the nutrition facts. Granted, if you use their salad dressing, then it becomes horrible for you, but even so...
