Foot Fetish - What should I do?

A friend of mine was married to a guy a with foot fetish. It seems there's a few publications in the UK pandering to this lust and also videos can be bought with scenes such as bare feet slowly slinking through mud and other similar activities.

My friend didn't mind this but did get a little upset when she'd come home from work and find strange shoes on the bed. She never found out where they came from.

The divorce had nothing to do with the above.
