I was reading in a book that I keep on a shelf
that determined at best, duties to ones health
you should not smoke cigerettes, or look at girls undressed
this vision alone can cause unbriddled heart ache and stress
alcohol is a killer and is also a social menace
causes people to streak during games of televised tennis
weed is fun for a while, till it makes you paranoid
or depresses you to the point when you contimplate suicide
a heart attack can be brought on by eating too much pork
there's bacteria, you will find hidden on your fork
if a pidgeon poops in your salad, please throw it away
this crap can cause heart disease, and excess teeth decay
remember to get up early, and to eat lots of fruit
so you live a long and boring life and be buried in a suit
