Warm milk? That's supposed to help I hear.
And yeah, I hate those weird in-between-sleep-and-awake states. After those, I randomly get dead tired during the day. Last time, I fell asleep sitting up several times in Theatre class. I'd close my eyes, get really light-headed, and then jerk awake as my head drifted to my chest.
