If life gives you lemons, grate all the rind for lemon zest... useful in cooking but, I wouldn't keep it for longer than 3-4 days.
Depending on how many lemons life gave you (lets say three), use one, cut into eighths, for the Hefe-Weizen that you've conveinently stock-piled in case the world comes to an end (coming soon).
The other two could be used to teach the youth of America how to start a lemonade stand. Make two pitchers that are the same, charge only 25 cents, and label it differently every 5-10 minutes. "Organic", "Vegan Lemonade", "Gluten -Free", "EXTREME!!!!", "Bail-money for my Dad the Governor", whatever....
