Linked AH's are going to be the best thing added in a long time. No more spending 10 minutes flying to Gadgetzan to check the neutral AH when it's a 2 minute flight to Everlook! Plus I can actually set my hearth to UC if I need to in order to speed up getting ready for raids.

I heard that the auction houses *used* to be linked in beta (you can still find the old auction house in Stormwind) and you can ask guards in the other cities where the AH is (the taurens currently tell you that they got rid of their AH because it caused too much pollution or something). Apparently this caused a lot of server problems long ago, so it looks like they finally fixed the problem.

The new Silithus stuff should be interesting, too. Each server will have to work towards opening the instances in a big world event. It's supposed to take cooperation between Horde and Alliance to get it done.

So, on the word of my manager i have downloaded the trial version. How many goddamned updates am i going to be put through before i can play this fucking game? I've spent the past five and a half hours downloading, installing, and updating this game and i just want to play the fucker before i go to bed

Seeing as how i am currently at file 900 of 22,000, this doesn't seem very likely
