They put so much effort into making it scary that they forgot to make it challenging. The Shadow Temple is by far the easiest of all the Adult Link temples. It may even be easier than Jabu Jabu's Belly.

The well can seriously be fully explored in 15 minutes and the only scary thing about it is the fact that so many GameFAQs losers pissed their pants about a game for children, so pop in your OoT cartridge and face your fears before I lay a whuppin'
