I just now spent $24 on just enough beer to get me intoxicated on a typical night. Since it's to be shared as a cultural experience with a lovely lady, it won't get me drunk but I am rather okay with that. Two different styles of authentic Trappist Ale.
i hate the way beer tastes and all of its other effects save inebriation, give me brown liquor any day
although due to HERITAGE i suppose i'm more likely to get a guinness than any of that other whiz-water

Anyway, I just got given some crazy asian soya jerky and while it was ok, it's ruined the beer I was drinking. And that made me a lil' shouty at a person I really didn't want to be shouty at, and now I'm hiding because I'm terrible at fixing my mistakes. You jerks.
Heya folks, am I assumin' wine is a good beginner trial, or is there a beer that's a good intro. As you can tell my best thought right now from knowledge is the less alchohol the easier the transition.
I was gonna say fruittier, but that sounds too typical, and I'm also enterin' a blue collar job field! I'M A MECHAAAAAAAAAAANIIIIIIIIIIIIIIC!!!
But no, this is a serious post, I'm wanting to try new things.
