i'm a vegetarian and at first i did it because of health reasons, but the more that i read about animal slaughter and hormones and antibiotics the more i am certain that i will never ever eat meat again.

look into morningstar farms products too. if you are still eating fish, there are a lot of things you can have. i eat a ton of hummus. i make cheese, tomato and hummus sandwiches.

oh, and some people say that when you are craving meat, your body is really craving protein. if you have yourself an egg, some soy, or any other non-meaty treat that is loaded with protein that craving will most likely go away. it's just a matter of reconditioning your body to crave different foods, i guess.

Hummus is pretty good if made right. Like jalapeno hummus or garlic hummus.

Of course, hummus gives me horrible breath so I usually don't eat it frequently

I am kinda a vegitarian because i never get to eat meat...well i dont get to eat a lot, we never have food. I have had to eat peanut butter sammiches the last few days.

Also i recently found out i am Anemic (BIG SUPRIZE. i am 5'8 and i weight 130, and about 2 months ago i weighed 113.) I need to get more Iron in my diet, what would you suggest?
