When I was in Canada, I decided to try Journey Behind the Falls since I'd already done Maid of the Mist a few times. The experiences are very similar. Basically on this one you go down an elevator to the base of the Horseshoe Falls, walk out on a platform and get blasted by water and wind gusts so hard you can barely stand up. Even though they give you a poncho, you come out drenched.
As soon as I walked out on the platform, it felt like someone had aimed a high-pressure hose directly at my face and my contacts promptly shit themselves and folded up in my eyes, which made everything even more disorienting. That and some middle eastern couple wanted me to take their picture when I couldn't even see. This was the only one of my pictures that wasn't just white with water, and my camera refused to turn on for about an hour afterward.
