I love 'em with taters n' onions on the insides but my friends claim that you ruin them when you top them with alfredo sauce (my favorite thing to do). Your thoughts?
P.S. Top 'em off with paprika, a must!

I actually just had a piergoi feast tonight actually. My favorite way to do 'em up is to boil, drain and douse them in hot sauce. No Butter. And we just found this one hot sauce that has lime in it too. Oh man...it's pierogi heaven, no joke.
