My cassette player volume knob ripped out and this like this lube stuff came out from behind it. It got on my hand and near a blister, but not in it. Does anyone know what it is or if it's poisonious?

Cassette players are awesome. They are smaller than CD players and they can hold more music, and you can just steal it from the radio.
