i need help identifying this snes game i played as a kid. it was a racing game that had hay bales and cows on the side of the road and you could drive over them. it might have been a indy or formula type game

i know this ain't the best description, but the last time i played was like ten years ago and i remember having a good time playing it

i just realised that at the beginning of the game right before the first boss there are some skeletal cows outside the window
or horses.
