Do you know anything about feminism outside of the 1st world? Take a look at the situation of women in developing countries and then tell me that feminism isn't needed over there.

I was only talking about the 1st world. I know women's rights are lacking in a lot of countries. But that is a very different world from the one inhabited by rejects who think they're making important and relevant political statements by letting their pit hair grow and who think they have anything crucial left to accomplish in most developed countries. Feminism may be needed over there. It's not needed here.
And I have not taken a women's studies course, because the women I know aren't oppressed and I don't care about the women I haven't met yet. Nor do I care about the history of feminism or believe that women have ever existed as their own culture worth independent study (a society is a group of men and women, not a group of men coexisting with a group of women). So such a class would have nothing interesting or useful to teach me.
