I have a pretty shitty computer that works, and a slightly less shitty computer that no longer works. Is there a way I can have 2 hard drives in the working one, and combine the ram or something.

Yes, it is possible to have two hard disk drives in one computer. Please provide specs of the two computers you are talking about and also look to see if the is space left for another hard disk drive in the computer you want to use.

Well if one is slighly less shitty, perhaps it is using faster or different memory (SDRAM/DDR), if this is the case you could not put both into a single system.
Well, RAM of different speeds may work so long as it's speed is decreased to the same as the slower ram, but generally speaking they will not play nicely together.

As for hard drives you will have to see if you have a spare IDE channel (thing the ribbon cable plugs into).
