This time I need to find a movie starring Michael Keaton and Andy Garcia.

Keaton is an inmate and Garcia's son needs a bone marrow transplant. Keaton's blood type just some happens to be the same as Garcia's son.

Then all Hell breaks loose when Keaton escapes and locks down the prison, taking hostages.

I've been searching but I can't seem to place it.

And if by "find" you didn't mean "find out what it's called," you can get it here for a measly 8 quid.

Googling "michael keaton and andy garcia" yielded the movie "Desperate Measures".
