This guy is new, and he's annoyingly over-enthusiastic to GET TO KNOW everybody. It's almost like it's his first day at work or something and he's trying to make a good impression. Also he's clearly bumping threads because he's looking for an excuse to post, and since he doesn't have shit to say he's looking at old threads and scanning them for something to reply to. Somebody said he was a character. If it's a character, it's fucking genius.
