Could someone tell me where I can find a good GIF program please? Or how to convert SWF./FLA. into GIF. if that's possible.

I got some kick-arse pictures I wanna animate and put up for my profile avatar.

Jasc's animation shop might let you open SWFs and save them as GIFs. I know it works with AVI files.
