lol, gotta love shcool filters.
btw you can usually bypass a filter like that if you open command prompt and 'ping' the URL of the page you are trying to go on. It will then show you the IP and if you copy this into explorer address bar and it should take you straght there.

Minimum = 200ms, Maximum = 273ms, Average = 233ms
So you would put 216.22.26.163 in to IE.
